Master Plan

The Master plan thought by the prestigious Robisora – Beccar Varela – Pasinato Studio which specializes in private neighbourhoods and green urbanizations keeps a huge percentage of the surface of Colony Park for green areas and lagoons.

The Project includes the development of commercial areas, schools, recreation centres and areas suitable for people to practise water and land sports.

A modern forestation project was made by Thays Studio in which they have tried to exploit the potential of native Delta species by combining shapes and colours.

Colony Park is already creating and developing its own nursery specialized in native species under the supervision of Thays Studio itself and we will be soon starting with the plantation.
